PFD Companion Podcast : S3E08 – Alternate Listening Methods

With the additional of digital assistants, many application choices on your mobile device, even your home entertainment system – listening to your favorite content has never been easier. See what Tee and Chuck have to say about some of the options they’ve explored.

Interestingly enough, news about Apple’s podcast stats are starting to show up, like this timely article on MacRumors.com

  1. Like you guys I have not been happy with the changes in the IOS podcast app. You mentioned moving from one app to another by importing to the new app. I tried with Overcast and it said to use the function in my current program to create the OPML file needed.
iTunes has no such feature I can find. And the IOS podcasts app doesn’t seem to have any file export features.
Perhaps, since you brought it up (hee hee hee) you might pass on a few words about how to go from Apple’s podcasting app (IOS or Itunes) to other programs.

    Thanks
    Weber
